How I Work
Defining goals. I want to provide a website that best suits your needs and wants. For most people, we do not know specifically what we want or what we need. "I need a website for my business" or "I want to have an attractive site" are vague and unclear. It would be simple to make a website and leave it at that, but I feel unsatisfied. I sit down with my client and interview them. My client will tell me a general or detailed idea of what they want the website to be and what it would be used for. I would ask questions so we both have a better understanding of what you really need for this website. It seems like a dry process, but it helps both my client and myself understand what the website should be and create a clear goal.
Customer-driven. A website isn't just a website for my client, it is also a website for my clients' clients. It would be easy to make a gift for just one receiver, but a website is made to be seen by many visitors. I want to make sure this website is accessible and people-friendly to your clients as well. I like to be familiar with the clients you work with and be able to provide a website that is focused on them.
Providing options. Even though I am developing the site, this website is made by your request. I like to provide several options for you to decide from or discuss over. I am here to consult with you and provide the pros and cons of each suggestion to help you choose better. Though there are times where we would disagree on an aspect of a website, I am open to listen to your critiques and find a better solution for you.
Working together. I like to be able to work side-by-side with my clients when we start a project. This website I make isn't just my project it is also your business and you should be just as involved in the project as I am. As a person and as a student, I love being able to watch how a project is developed from start to finish. It gives me joy to be able to put my hands into a project and see how those changes influences the outcome of a project. It becomes a fun learning and fulfilling experience. I want to share this experience with my clients.
At the end, I want to ensure that every website I create for my clients are made to fit their wants and needs as well as allowing you to be involved in the process.
